Welcome to HaveFun Player! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HaveFun Player mobile application ("Application" or "Service"), operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using HaveFun Player, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

HaveFun Player is designed to provide users with a smooth and stable video playback experience. Our features include, but are not limited to:

• Local Video Playback: Smoothly play your local video files with clear playback on your device.
• Online Content Streaming: Access curated online videos for casual viewing anytime.
• Short Dramas Hub: Explore a variety of short dramas for daily entertainment.
• User Interface: A clean interface and easy controls to ensure comfortable watching and a friendly user experience.

2. User Accounts & Sign-In

To access certain premium features, curated content, or syncing capabilities, you may be required to register or log in.

• Apple Sign-In: The Application supports "Sign in with Apple." When using this feature, you agree to abide by Apple’s respective terms and conditions.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases (In-App Purchases)

HaveFun Player may offer certain premium features, ad-free experiences, or exclusive short drama content via paid subscriptions or in-app purchases ("Subscription").

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring periodic basis (such as weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on the plan you select. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users) at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Cancellation and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled directly by the respective platform stores (Apple/Google) and are subject to their refund policies.

4. License and Intellectual Property

• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• Content Ownership: All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the curated online content, short dramas, UI design, logos, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any app content without explicit permission.
• User Local Content: You retain full ownership of the local video files you play through the Application. As stated in our Privacy Policy, local playback is conducted entirely on-device, and we do not upload or store your local files.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the technical integrity, security, or performance of the online streaming services.
• Use any automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data or content from the Application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THE CONTENT PROVIDED WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Platform Compliance (App Store)

These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. We are solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof. However, you acknowledge and agree that Apple and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

9. Governing Law and Changes to Terms

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the app or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
